"The support was fantastic from all involved, DOL, DOL's vendor partner, and NASWA. DOL’s vendor partner's reviews were thorough and informative. If you don’t have the bandwidth at this time to complete all recommendations you can negotiate the state’s priorities and concentrate on the state’s selections. The remaining recommendations will be useful for developments in the state outside of Tiger Teams projects. Nevada wanted quick wins due to entering into a UI modernization project, coming soon. The assistance organizing and engaging the state teams didn’t take a lot of administrative time. In addition, being a smaller state, we did not have staff to dedicate specifically to these projects. All staff had their 'regular' jobs to complete as well. The no cost assistance from NASWA, and funded by DOL, to plan, organize, and implement the Tiger Team recommendations we selected was invaluable."
