The Short-Time Compensation Model Legislation & Grant Requirements Webinar's objective is to promote and inform states considering STC programs on the benefits and opportunities associated with the program.

In this webinar, the Division of Legislation and the Division of Unemployment Insurance Operations presented a brief overview of the Short-Time Compensation program, the benefits of the program, key definitions, model legislation for states wishing to implement an STC program, and an overview of the CARES Act grants (with an emphasis on how states can use the grants to implement new STC programs).
